Makin Abadi Sdn Bhd (621372-X), has been established since July 11, 2003 and registered as a limited company with its pay out share capital at RM1,000,000; 1,000,000 shares and RM1.00 per share. It is managed by the company’s Managing Director, Syed Mohamad Fuaad bin Syed Hussein Alattas.

Company

The company’s sole business is to introduce its sandals product - MEMORY™ which design has been adopted from one of the sandals worn by our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. This sandals is created / produced being reason to acknowledge our own Islamic heritage which has been neglected and forgotten by Muslims nowadays, therefore by using these sandals, somehow we will always remember our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.

MEMORY™ sandals have been ventured after much research on its history has been accomplished. MEMORY™ sandals has been verified and given the endorsement from The Prime Minister Department and The Malaysian Institute of Islamic Understanding as well as other Islamic bodies. Throughout, six designs of Prophet’s sandals were found and Makin Abadi Sdn Bhd has marketed its product in various colours and sizes.

Founder

Syed Mohamad Fuaad Alattas is the founder of Makin Abadi Sdn Bhd and has been established since July 2003. He is inspired to produce these sandals from a replica of Prophet’s sandals which he own. These sandals are produced mainly for the usage of all Muslims in this world. MEMORY™ trademark used aiming that we will always remember Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. as well as His victorious struggle in the Islamic world.

The marketed sandals has been referred to some books of definition like Kitab Fathul Mutaal Fi Madahi Ni’al (Ahmad B. Muhammad B. Ahmad B. Yahya Al-Mahary Atti Imisani), Jawahir Bihar (Syeikh Yusof Ismail), Kitab Asar Rusillillah (Khalid Mustafa), Insan Teladan Sepanjang Zaman (Mufti Ahmed E. Bemat) and Muslims hadith Al Bukhari, Al Muwatta, Abu Dawud and Miskat Al Masabih.

Besides, the effort to source out the sandals has been justified and endorsed by The Prime Minister Department – Dato’ Seri Abdul Hamid Zainal Abidin, The Malaysian Institute of Islamic Understanding (IKIM) – Dato’ Dr Abdul Monir B. Yaacob, Minister of Kelantan - Tuan Guru Dato’ Hj Nik Abdul Aziz Bin Nik Mat, Islamic Da’wah Foundation Malaysia – Dato Hj Mohamad Nakhaie Hj Ahmad, The Malaysian Islamic Outreach Foundation, Muslim’s spiritual state leaders (Mufti – Mufti and Imam – Imam) and also supported by the local media.

For Malaysian market, only one sandals design is marketed locally at the price of RM9.90 a pair and consist sizes for children and adults.

MEMORY™ and all its six designs have been registered under The Intellectual Property Division in Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Malaysia on July 2003.
